7yDear HSSMI member, I am sorry that you had this experience with HSSMI. HSSMI is a fast-growing organisation and I appreciate that this means also change during this process, which can cause concern if the right training and support is not available. We have been listening to this, as training was captured as an area raised by our Employee Representative, who has a voting place at the Board of HSSMI. Not only has HSSMI rolled out a new training policy but a company-wide corporate training which gives everybody in the organisation the right tools to develop and be successful.
The fast growth and increasing impact of the organisation have also a positive side. As you say, it creates chances for employees to grow with the organization, being part of great, innovative projects, and lead the journey together. In fact, Leadership and Entrepreneurship are two of the five key values of the organisation.
I always welcome direct feedback – my door is always open, and I am keen to listen to improve how we operate. Our Employee Representative is also always there to collect thoughts and can forward it to the right people.
