Pros
Working as a MC Operator, there's a lot of down-time and it's easy to do. Co-workers are generally friendly with the usual office politics. Predominantly it is a position that is what you make it.
Cons
Old tech that they will not fully transition out of. Learning the new tech requires you to jump through loop holes and endless waiting period on management saying they need to push back training for the team because something always comes up. You will have overnight shifts in this position, and there will be times you may have to work 12 hour shifts.
