      benefits are huge, occasional bonuses

      stayed in 1 spot majority of the day, 15 min break twice for a 6 hour shift, 30 min break and 2 15 min for a 9 hour shift

      Pros

      People oriented company that cares about customers and employees. Great benefits including health insurance, discounts on own brand groceries, and vacation time.

      Cons

      Work life balance is abysmal the moment you become salary. Expected to work 50+ hours. Company cares more about employees than managers, which causes the managers to take frustrations out on their employees.
