1) You will never have any specific requirement of work and no position hierarchy. 2) Management want you to work on all weekend without extra pay. 3) They don't want employee full time but if you denied to work part time they will offer for full time and fired to you once work is done. 4) They always remind you how much salary they are giving to you so you remember that you are the slave of the company. 5) If you are going to leave company they will not pay your full salary and start barging. 6) if you will go onside, you will not have time to see anything because they want you to work on weekend. 7) They will provide third class facility like cheapest hotel at worst area and some time you have to wait a lot on airport because they book cheapest flight. 8) Even tea vendor on road know how to talk and behave but head of Indian operation don't know, he always think of saving money. 9) They will never appreciate any one hard work .
