Pros
- They embrace remote/hybrid working. - You're given a good amount of autonomy and freedom*
Cons
- Total structural disorganization - The applications and the products used are not exciting at all. - Too many meetings - I guess many people love wasting others' time. - The IT security works tirelessly to enforce a zero-trust policy. Extreme security paranoia ensures you'll be blocked from completing your work. - Too much competition between "team members". i.e. employees thinking they have power to manage you although you have a direct report and have the same position only because they've been there longer. - "No wiggle room" for salary negotiations, raises or bonuses. - They offer stocks for employees, but they haven't been profitable for years.
