Pros
A relaxed atmosphere that fosters familiarity. The ability to work in an low stress high satisfaction environment. Colleagues are helpful and respectful of others. The benefits the firm provides are on par with industry standards. Very understanding when one wants to take time off. Gym benefits are amazing for the firm employees.
Cons
Work can be somewhat tedious at times. The lack of communication between different levels of staff can sometimes lead to confusion and frustration. All in all there is somewhat good communication but there are times when there is breakdown and deadlines have to be met. The salary is a little below average but that is atrributable to the size of the firm.
