Pros

What I loved about working here is that the people are always fun and on the same fast-track that I am. The manager deals with all problems efficiently and really helps to drive the company from the ground up. He is not afraid to do event the most entry-level of tasks. The atmosphere is always strong-- we would enjoy music playing while training and working which is definitely a strong motivator. It is always strongly encouraged to network as well leading to a solid foundation of coworkers that are there even on your worst days.

Cons

While the environment is fun, everything is very serious and always on the go. You can't have those lazy days that you are used to without falling behind.

Pros

The moment I stepped foot into the office I was introduced to everyone and was made to feel extremely welcome. There was an open door policy in the company and because I was only there for a short internship, management were caring enough to tailor the job role for my degree and teach the skills that I was personally excited to learn. I've done internships before where I spent my time printing documents and bringing coffee, this felt like real life experience and really helped me develop my confidence and people skills.

Cons

Having to say goodbye and go back to college after I had made so many close friends.

Pros

The people generally seemed to be nice, supportive and friendly

Cons

Very little insight into the actual job during the hiring process. You are expected to dress business professional to stand in a Best Buy for 8 hours a day. Unfortunately they also don’t tell you that you need to meet at the office before and after your working hours so any commute time to the office in the morning and then to your job site and back are unpaid. They also did not tell me during the hiring process that you are also expected to work 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday for a an incredibly low daily base pay. Other than the already mentioned red flags, they also informed us on our first day that we would not receive our first paycheck for 3+ weeks.
