base managers are too rude and insulting... they should rather correct for mistakes and not insult employee and bring their morale down... most senior crew act like rude boses... there is lot of politics unfriendly atmosphere... you cant perform good under so much pressure.... you are insulted so much on grooming.... rather than grooming attention should be paid on safety of passengers..
