- terrible leadership mostly at the C and VP level, turnover after turnover in almost every org, causing disorganization, confusion and low morale
- Some of the leadership does need to go, but with the volume it's at, (most do not stay for more than a year) and consistency of turnover, it puts a huge strain on the individual contributors and the folks doing the work. Leaderships sets the strategy and direction and IC's execute, and where there is no stability and constant changes it's just going around and around in circles, leads to extreme frustration working in that type of environment
