As it was a well established company, you can gain a lots of useful experience and knowledge, which ensure that you are able to survive anywhere in your future, provided if you can stay here for few years. - Accommodation provided - Walking distance to workplace - Free meal card - Good facilities - Gym, Stadium, Heated Swimming Pool, Library, etc
Cons
- There are many projects coming in in near future. Employees are overloaded and no work life balance. But take up the challenge can make you more valuable. - Too many employees up here, need to be a good actor in front of bosses if you wish to be promoted. Learn to be a politician. - China uncle style company. Good benefits but don't have any changes for past 4 years.
