This was a great place to work, especially the last couple of years the culture has been so good. But the recent decision to force everyone back 5 days a week to the office (with very little explanation or advanced warning) has destroyed morale. Gensler has been very public in singing the praises of hybrid work, which makes this a bitter pill to swallow. They have stirred so much anger and resentment with this decision - which feels like a betrayal.
Contrary to public appearance, this is not a progressive, flexible, forward-thinking place to work. They have shown their true colours - regressive, with no regard for neurodiversity, wellbeing, work/life balance, or their employees' needs.
