      It's good to start your career. Mainly, for your CV.

      Cons

      All depends on Team Leader you got. When I started working, I had one TL. The life of a whole team was just a disgusting experience. TL was useless. The team was nice except TL. TL was bullying and humiliating us all the times. Later, I had another boss. My life became nice. The same company but a different experience, very positive. Team Leaders make the company good or bad.
