1. less salary 2. older technology 3. bad management 4. unrealistic deadlines 5. tools so old they makes you feel like that you belong to stone age. 6. less coding ,most of time gets consumed in following the process. 7. due to flexi hours, people stay more .work which could get finished by 6 ,will get finished at 10 ,12 or 3'o clock in the night. 8. Hike depends on what people think of you ,and not on how much you have worked . 9. Too much politics . 10. Too much work pressure sometimes . if you are comfortable in working in "notepad" and using "printf" for debugging .Then this is THE company for you , because its their bread and butter.
