Pros
Benefits are good, although difficult to navigate.
Cons
They are in the business of taking over small TPAs - but do a poor job of integrating them. They find a way to fire many of the oldest, and highest paid employees. Do not get sick because they are uncating and ruthless about terminating employees... All the while forcing employees to constantly watch webinars about how great of an employer they are. I was a 20 year employee and begged them to let me take a leave of absence. They told me no and then fired me.
