      Best manager I've ever had. Competitive salaries. Good and supportive culture. Organic growth which is better than growing too quick with VC money

      Cons

      Lack of vision, too small team and too focused on NZ. Need to take more risks.

      Pros

      Such a great group of people. Some of the smartest and kind people I have had the pleasure of working with. Company is starting to starting to get in its stride now.

      Cons

      A lot of change and things were a bit of a mess but we are through those challenges and things are turning around.
