Leaderships vision in not always easily defined or communicated and aligned Communication between leadership and front line employees PTO policy is very weak, be nice to also have a comp plan especially for those who travel alot Compensation: they have said they are looking at it but haven't really seen the efforts Two buildings with two different cultures Better recognition to employees throughout the organization just not a few Assist managers to engage employees from top down Not all managers care about their people like others. Small company so hard to see promotion opportunities: managers should talk to us about our possible opportunities
