      Pros

      Get to work above the beautiful department store. Flexible, able to work from home. Heritage brand with nice products.

      Cons

      Absolutely no company culture - if you want a workplace with a social life you will not find it here. Small outdated office with not enough space. Low pay for the amount of work required. Very little progression.

      High staff discount which is really nice- it’s 40%.

      Cons

      Toxic company culture and managers don’t know what they’re doing.
