Pros
- If your manager is supportive, then the opportunities across the company are huge. - Lots of training available. - Great salary and bonus/incentive scheme. - Excellent, cheap housing for Pilbara employees. - Very flexible work place.
Cons
- An unsupportive manager will stunt your career and opportunities. - Nepotism and the purple circle still very much in existence. - A lot of lip service about equal opportunity, bullying, diversity and discrimination but the reality is quite different. - Different standards for indigenous and non-indigenous employees.
