-Great Associates to work with -Flexable Hours -Depending on location can have fun management -Easy access to communication and upper management

-Management are unprofesional and childish -If Store Manager doesn't like you forget about going anywhere positive -If you call out sick or for an emergency get ready to be mocked and made fun of by management -Lacking in proper training of sales associates -Lacking in proper disipline of insubordinates -Field and District management could seem to care less about what is actually goin on in the stores
