Pros

They provide opportunities to gain valuable clinical experience. Supervisors are laid back but professional. I was able to work independently as I my supervisor was not a micro-manager (though some are).

Cons

Lots of documentation through an un-user friendly computer based program. Changes happen almost daily, so it is hard to keep track of current policy. They will try new programs before fully working out procedures. Extremely fast paced (in the downtown facility). It was hard to find a room to see clients for individual sessions.

Pros

Friendly and kind service with a lot of heart in it.

Cons

Communication is terrible internally and a lot gets lost.

Pros

Not a lot. Somewhat able to work independently without being supervised all day long.

Cons

Extremely overwhelming caseloads, disorganized front desk staff that made your job ten times harder, and a lack of communication with other departments. If you are full-time and do not work a minimum of 39.5 hours per week, you must use your "PTO" (paid time off), which takes away from your actual time off you want to take. Managers disregard personal health issues and would rather fire you than make accommodations.
