      Pros

      - The people you work with on a daily basis are some of the most passionate you will ever meet in Poland - The almost complete lack of authority from management gives you a lot of freedom in how you approach your tasks.

      Cons

      - Instability, strategic direction changes from month to month and it's impossible to predict if you're going to be fired next quarter. - Management has no idea what they are doing, they are trying to ride every possible hype train in the tech sector.

      Pros

      Integration with employees, lots of good acquaintances, you have opportunity to learn from other designers, some projects are very developing and interesting

      Cons

      They have plenty of ongoing project that bring cashflow to the company but are not developing for designer, ex. you spend two months designing paper documents layout while being UI/UX designer
