Pros
Small manufacturing company, meaning yo can have a part to play in all stages.
Joined on an apprenticeship and have received fantastic support from my superiors.
Given opportunities i would not of had in larger companies, and can see the project through from start to finish.
Cons
Covid has hit the sector hard making progression increasingly difficult.
Sometimes you are expected to work above your job role to aid the company given its size.
