Pros

Flexible work opportunities. Annual trip abroad for employees. Decent base salary.

Cons

Very limited amount of clients, not enough work to go around for everyone. Client work is really dull. Barely any company benefits. Management style very outdated, no culture or engagement with the company (very few social events). For a small company I experienced more office gossip than anywhere I have previously worked.

We take all feedback on board positive and negative. We are sorry that this was your experience of Finyx (noting the limited time you were here). The client work we do is exactly as advertised both to clients and potential hires. Whilst we don't have as many clients as bigger firms - last year we worked for at least thirteen clients (given our size of 65 perm / 35 contactor would seem balanced). We try hard to work on making our benefits competitive and these include: Pension, Private Health Care, Enhanced Sickness/Maternity/Paternity Leave, Annual Bonus etc. We also host a monthly all hands Townhall, annual conference and other events throughout the year. Most of our team state the culture is a positive one, where we genuinely care about our staff and colleagues. I am sorry you didn't feel this was the case for you.
