      Pros

      Like being able to work with a global team, and good balance of fieldwire being small vs having Hilti to help with resources as well

      Cons

      things can be a little bureaucratic. Also benefits not as strong as they could be for PTO or leave. also weird Hilti teams get better/different benefits
