      Thornton's previous employees before takeover.

      Cons

      Ferrero do not know how to communicate effectively with colleagues. They say you are a ferrerian, a part of the family, believe me this is no family that anyone would be proud of being part of!! Poor communication, no sensitivity to people.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
