The key leader of digital product doesn’t know how to play guitars nor basic knowledge of music theory. Make design decisions without design background, only based on personal taste and $$. Poor user research and Usertesting process due to lack of knowledge and support from the upper management. Key leaders doesn’t know what is the difference between UX and UI design. Doesn’t know how to use technology. Micromanagement and toxic design review process.
