Pros
This is a great place to start your career and build your resume. The company is small enough for you to have a big impact if you just take some initiative. You will also get a lot of global exposure. Engineers and Buyers get to travel to Asia at least a couple times each year. The culture is also one of the best I've experienced. It's very friendly and nurturing.
Cons
It's very difficult to move up in the company because there are limited management positions. The best way to get a promotion is to either leave the company or wait until your manager retires and hope you will be considered for the role. This is why most younger workers don't stay more than 2-3 years. Fellowes could also be more open to allowing employees to work from home and allowing for more flexible work hours. Providing a shuttle from the metra station would also help.
