Pros
As it's a small company they can be flexible. This can be good if you need anything doing it can be brought to the attention of the powers that be within the day
Cons
As it's a small company there's no structure, no ongoing professional development, no support from senior management. You're ok if you are flavour of the month and selling but as soon as you have a bad month don't expect any support to help you along the way. Money talks and if you need to raise a grievance, it won't be heard if it's against the top earner in the company
