Pay was decent, flexible with PTO

Management was disorganized Company was on the verge of being bought out No one seemed happy Lots of people decided to leave all at once because people were getting laid off No training whatsoever but they expect you to know everything once you start Company lacked structure and true teamwork The future is just super unknown for this company Work/life balance was nonexistent, had to be somewhere almost every weekend and I was required to travel every week even though I was not told that when I accepted the job; the stress eventually burnt me out
