Nice coworkers. Supportive environment. It's great to help cultivate a love of reading.

There were no cons that I can think of.

Very professional and hi-tech library. The programs were run well. There was lots of opportunity for creative work and working with children.

There were too many supervisors. So much miscommunication happened because two different supervisors would tell one employee to do something different ways.
