My FanBox review is that this company is trying to do a lot of great things with an extremely bootstrapped budget. The team they have in place is strong and filled with determined people, which makes the working environment enjoyable even when the hours can get long on special projects. At the stage of growth that they are in, I feel that they are generous with pay, bonuses and perks that they provide to their employees.
Cons
Team is expanding rapidly, which leads to a lowered productivity level as new members need to be constantly trained.
