Pros
This place can be a stepping stone for people looking to change careers, since a lot of employees come in without any experience in their roles. There are also some really great coworkers who care about their work and try to help each other out, but sadly they’re usually not the ones getting recognized and often end up leaving.
Cons
Job responsibilities are always changing, and people’s titles usually don’t match what they actually do. Restructuring because of understaffing creates a lot of confusion. Leadership is unprofessional and even abusive, with anger outbursts and sudden firings or demotions. The culture is tense, and you can visibly see everyone how on edge, unhappy, and exhausted everyone is. On top of that, the hours are long, there’s no PTO, and the pay is very low, so it’s hard to see this as a place to stay long-term.
