      Lots of opportunities to learn and grow beyond your specialty field, great coworkers and exceptional talent on the team. Great clients to work with. Steady hours and day to day work is overall very fun.

      Cons

      Pay could be better and management could improve vastly on transparency and communication without aggression. Lots of favoritism and drama.
