      Pros

      - high basic - very nice colleagues (depends on which store they put u in)

      Cons

      - Very inconsiderate management. - Very China style while we are in Singapore (might as well just don't open in Singapore if your target is China Mainland). - Everything is a staff fault. - Doesn't even listen to staff feedback and only want to hear what they want to hear (selective hearing). - Will exploit you to the max.
