Benefits are good, match on the 401K, insurance.

Cons

Fires good employees, lots of favoritism, unfair management, hostile environment. District managers use threats and high pressure. Has fired several long term, loyal employees. Low wages, similar to minimum wage, very minimal raises. If you are at all dependent on your job or your income I would not recommend working here because you may be fired for no reason at any time regardless of time with the company or your results.

Company has a lot of potential.

In experienced Regional Property Manager running ramped over employees. Try’s to intimidate employees in the false belief that everyone is scared of them. Allows complacent employees to remain undeveloped which causes them the disbelief that they are doing a good job. First company that I ever worked at where the Regional actually lives on one of the properties that they manage, along with 98% of the employees that work there live on property as well. It’s a sad depressing atmosphere. I would not recommend.
