Its fast pace can feel like chaos sometimes. Focus on safety (glasses and hearing protection by saws) a lot.

4 day work week, great starting pay for the position. Ability to get raises based off getting new positions.

Cons

It is hard work and they don't like it when you are late at all, or on your phone.
