Only pro is they will give you high salary because they don't have anything else to offer.
Cons
DO NOT JOIN!!!! Long working hours. Consider your shift to be at-least 10 hours long. Owners are hypocrites. They will tell you to trust them but one of them micro manages everybody and monitors daily activity using cameras everyday. No Job Security. They hire and fire very frequently. Talented people leave themselves after observing the ambiance for a few days. The didn't have enough money to last 6 months so they will pressurize you a LOT. Only clients generating any revenue are implementation partners for which there will act as hiring managers themselves.
