Totalitarian rule in the workplace. Most of the project management doesn't know what they're doing and constantly agree with customers to perform tasks we are unable to do. Upper management came from the failed company of Delphi that has in turn brought more of their poor management style and values to an otherwise solid company. Doesn't really care about the workers, only about how much you can make them and how well you make them look.
