Nothing bad to say about Embraco.

Flex time. Excellent medical benefits that the company covers nearly in full. Good core group of people with very little turnover.

Executive management in Brazil has no real concern for this location. Everyone who works in this office says that they like working there because of the benefits and their coworkers, but they agree it is a terrible company overall. Business decisions never consider value, only the bottom line. The corporate office makes no effort to understand or accommodate the cultures of the other countries in which they have offices.
