Pros

Management are bullies and hide behind religion and act like they are good church boys. The investment company covers up the illegal antics in this company. If the customers knew how they treat employees, they would never buy from them. If the investors knew everything, they would do nothing because they want to ake their money. Managers steal from their employees and bully them out of the company with illegal practices. They have MANY lawsuits against them and have a team of people that brush them under the carpet. If you work here, they will take your opportunities from you and management will get paid and make up some BS reason why you are the problem. They have done it to multiple people. They are all dirty. Don't work here!! If you had any idea what goes on behind the doors, you would run. Plus, they blow investors' money which ends up hurting the employees and they cut your budgets. Some of the products are vaporware. When management sees a bad review, they will contact glassdoor to take the reviews down. They have done it many times. They have a horrible reputation. CU's and Banks are catching on. The word is out. Zero integrity. It's all about making as much money as possible and selling. They also cook the books!! Be Careful PE firms.

Cons

The Pro's...the people that have left found a better place hopefully. Life is too short for toxic environments. Drunk product boy who is sexist has been allowed to keep his job too because he's protected.
