      Associate Discount (Marriott) The list of great things don't exist any more.

      Cons

      The list is long. Management is extremely bias and don't even try to hide it. If mamanagennt don't like you, they'll force you to quit if they can't find a legit reason to fire you.

      The pay could be better, but it is a very good standard pay, the job and the aroma makes it all up

      Discounts on many things such as car buying, hotels, things to do with children such as Chuck E. Cheese.

      Cons

      No flexibility with schedules and constant micromanaging.
