Executive leadership in this company continues to kill any passion their employees have by constantly pushing new policies that negatively affect those below them.
They have no trust in allowing their managers (VP level and lower) to do what’s needed to ensure the productivity, engagement and quality from their teams.
They have tone deaf meetings in which the CEO spouts sentiments on how they want employees to have more dedication to this company than their families. Direct quote from the last strategy session “we want people to go above and beyond just like they do when they are raising their children.”
It was distasteful- I cannot believe they continue to allow this CEO to speak publicly as she is a walking billboard for how not to run a company.
