-unethical, hypocritical management
-lack of advancement, will find where you are profitable and keep you there
-extreme bureaucracy, to an almost satirical degree, nothing gets done
-"gotcha" culture around safety actual problems with safety are ignored/covered up (black mold and skipping cut of wheels) EHS picks something for the month and just enforces that
-slow but steady scope creep, no they will not pay you more for having to do other peoples job
-expended the local pool of welders and recruit from trade schools because they cannot keep any one for more than a year
