Too many to list. The pay is terrible, no matter how many times they tell you what you COULD make in the future, they’ll never change it. They micromanage. They can and will track where you are throughout the day. There is zero career development. The people in leadership have simply just stuck around longest. If you want a promotion, someone’s probably going to need to pass away. Training? Nope. You’ll get tossed into the job a week in and told to perform if you don’t, they’ll make it entirely your fault. Good luck getting them to pay you out on PTO on your way out as is CO law. They won’t.
