      Pros

      Decent pay, can't think of any more. Free coffee, but it's the cheapest kind ever made. The only good reviews on here are written by the owners.

      Cons

      Hostile working environment, chauvenist, narcasist owners, little room for growth, no work-life balance, no overtime pay. Culture is dry, boring but hostile. Nothing nice is done for the employees. No one speaks to each other and everyone avoids eye contact. Strangest place I've ever worked. Everyone seems to hate life.

      They say one thing, do another. If you aren't part of the good ol' boy system, you get bypassed on promotions, raises, and bonuses.
