Pros

One of the reasons on why it is better to choose ePERFORMAX out of the contact centers here in the Philippines if because of on how they provide bonuses, allowances, and salary. It's all about the money!

Cons

While the only thing that I can say about ePERFORMAX is when they are giving extra hours to all of the phone agent that is so tiring and could cause of some illnesses like tonsilitis and migraine, which only consider as some of the examples that you can get.

Pros

I must say that having this as my first job gave me the opportunity to learn from the basics, earn additional skills (both work and in life), and develop my career growth. They also offer great communications training which would definitely help someone who is into developing their comm skills.

Cons

None that I can think of.
