Challenging technical environment, I got very good exposure to how deep software architecture and designing works. Although the team was small, but the product (TDAUX) was very vast from a development point of view. Technically you get a lot to learn Management is good, with a startup mindset. I got to work in every aspect of the product, UI, MT, Backend, and integration with instant messaging and many other things... As it is with every product company, sometimes there were very deep learning curves, but the involvement of the team and management made it a bit easy.

Not much, just need to be a fast learner as it's a technically challenging environment.

It's been more than 4 years with ENVALE, working environment is very positive one has a freedom to explore and implement solutions, management is concerned only with timely and successful outputs. Team members are friendly, and has a homely atmosphere.

On product development side it is technically challenging, one needs to be fundamentally strong and out of the box thinker. On service side, end clients are worlds top companies, where demand for higher performance is more, and deadlines are strictly followed.
