Everyone is very kind and generous. The individuals will brighten your day if you are having a bad one.

You have to be a very patient person.

The clients are super. They make everything else almost worth it. Free health insurance and it's pretty comprehensive. They do have some good employees working there, but can be far and few between.

Mgmt. is a nightmare. Communication is subpar at best. They did away with raises based on time worked there and the past few years those just coming into the agency make the same as many of those who have been there for 3, 4, and 5 years. Don't look for bonuses or raises based on merit. It's union so the raises are across the board.
