Very poorly ran company - Production Supervisor EI Microcircuits Employee Review

I loved working for EI & im very sad to have left them. If I was to have the opportunity to work for them again I would in a heart beat!

I wouldn’t really say there were any!

They give employees branded items frequently such as tote bags, backpacks, hats, stanleys

Extremely religious owner... to the point it's creepy. Almost non existent training sets new employees up to fail. The worst HR I have experienced. You name it, it's bad.
