-Working on a stack system, so we are all working together to get patients back on time, and are helping each other out when we're behind -Very accomodating to new hires and hetting them accustomed to the new environment -Reasonable expectations of workers -Great benefits
Cons
-You are not set at one location, and are expected to commute to all EFW locations. They try to keep you at your preferred locations, but it will not always happen
